The client saw the table at a market in BC Canada. The table was made from reclaimed wood that did not fit the style of her house in Calgary.

She came to us hoping we could create for her the table with the same look, but she added another twist, requiring the ability to open two leaves and extend the table to 9’ long.

For the type of wood, we had to go on a hunt until she found what fits her. The comparison was to the cow in the prairie, some brown, white, and black. In the end, she chose the Hickory wood for her table.
